Pune’s Chandni Chowk Project will soon be finished

Although Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road, Transport and Highways, had previously declared that the flyover would open on May 1, it now seems that the final 10% of the project will take longer to complete than anticipated.

Currently, the Project’s Status
It is still needed to build the bridge between NDA Chowk and Bavdhan, which is anticipated to be finished by July 15. Also anticipated to be finished by May 25 is the bridge (Viaduct) in front of La Valley Casa Society. The current Vehicle Underpass (VUP) is still clear, allowing for easy traffic flow despite the delays.
The work of the Additional VUP in front of Veda Bhavan, however, is still being heard by the Supreme Court, which is delaying the project’s completion overall. In the upcoming two months, the project is anticipated to be finished.
